Close to a dozen organizations including Ground Game Texas and Act 4 S.A. say they will submit 35,000 signatures to the city on Tuesday Jan 10th 2023 in order to get their San Antonio Justice Charter in front of voters.
In addition to decriminalizing small amounts of THC in SA, the charter measure would end criminalization of abortion within the city and codify S.A. Police Department’s leaderships ban on no knock warrants and choke holds.
